Just another day!

It have been a tiring day. The works and stuffs keep me pretty occupied. No time to really think about other things. And then, suddenly one of my colleague mentioned to me that she see a blog, asking if that's me. So it remind me of my own blog, which I haven't been update for a while. And yes, the blog that she seen is this one. It's actually i visited her blog first. So she got the link back.

So, I log in to my own blog now, and try to write something here. Just trying to keep this alive. Will try to update on my Freedom Gundam soon. Certain pieces still not painted yet.

Well, till the next update, hopefully won't be too long from now.

My first MG kit - Part II

An update for my first MG kit. When I bought this kit, I've been thinking just want to assemble the kit and let it be. But then, when I saw the one with paint, the whole thing looked so cool. The surface texture look so different. It have those "machine" feel.

I did some research online and go through some of the tutorial article to find out how to make my Gundam look good. It require patient and lots of time, not to mention getting the tools needed to make it look good. I e-bayed for the airbrush as i found it's more expensive to get one here.

I'm building my Freedom Gundam very slowly, due to lack of time and procrastination, not to mention the time waiting to get the tool. And i didn't prime all parts, when i sprayed the actual colour on it, i found out some part still need more sanding work. so i re-sand, and re-spray the part. Now the colouring is like 10% completed only. Hopefully I don't mess up my kit. And I just rent out the room which i use for spraying, so now I need to find another place to do the spraying job.

This is the package when i just got it from post office.

The content inside.

This is the tool for the paint job. It need a power converter as this device is meant for use in US. There's voltage different. I bought a cheap power converter in Jalan Pasar. Lazy to take the pic of the power converter.

OK, some posing before I take it off for the paint job.

Last Pic.

My Freedom Gundam, in pieces.

Paid to Click (PTC)

This morning when I check my email, I found out some guy called Dominique Mouchlian sent me payment through Alertpay. I was wondering, who is this guy and why he send me money. So I googled for the name, and found out he is related to 07bux.

Then I remembered few months ago I joined this so called paid to click program. I'm sure those of you who surfed internet frequently may have come across the term PTC. A PTC program/website or whatever you call them, actually require you to login to their page, and click on the advertisement link. Another page will then display advertisement for 30secs(most of the PTC program), and $0.01(most of the PTC program "rate" and pay in USD) will be credited into your account. When you reach certain amount, you can then cash out to Alertpay or Paypal (most are using Alertpay now, i read from somewhere that paypal don't really work with PTC now). And most of them allow you to earn a commission from your direct referral.

07bux paid me, after less than 2 months. Can't remember the exact date in which i request the payment, but its around 2 months.

I got PAID from 07bux!!!!!!! Please click on the picture to see the screenshot.

Well, there are a lot of PTC website out there. Some of them are paying. Lots of them are scam. I tried quite a number of PTC, currently I have only received money from bux.to and 07bux. There are a couple more of this PTC program which i'm trying out right now.

Personally I think this is a way to make a little money for your pocket. This is not a pyramid scheme or MLM. No, it's not a get rich quick thingy either, not unless you have a lot of active direct super clicker referrals.

My first MG Kit

I have been doing a Gundam kit for the past week. This is actually my first Gundam kit. It is a Freedom Gundam Master Grade kit. Freedom Gundam appear in Gundam Seed & Gundam Seed Destiny, which is one of the powerful Gundam (it will not be the powerful without the pilot, Kira Yamato, skills).

Building this gundam is quite simple if following the steps from the instruction manual as it is quite clear and straight forward (the manual is actually in Japanese but the pictures speak thousand words). I played around with the Gundam, so i actually didn't follow the sequence in the manual in completing this. I'm trying to see how well can it pose in it's skeletal structure. I must say i'm pretty impressed by the movement, though it still can't pose like human perfectly, it's actually quite close.

I still not finished the kit yet, at this moment, it's about 90% complete already. The armour for the shoulder still missing as well as the shield and gun. And eventhough the original kit come with colours, but i think it's too plastic, need to give it a paint to have some real depth for the colour it will look more cool by then. Now i think it look too "plastic" that it's like some of the cheap china made plastic robot toy.

BoxShot

How good it will be if all the 5 fingers can move. For a master grade kit, only thumb and index finger can move separately, while the other fingers stick together.

Trying some posing on the stand that come with the kit.

"Master, please give me my armour quickly, and my shield, my rifle, and my wings, not forgetting my head."

"In case you are wondering, i'm actually a male!"

While waiting for the armour!

OK, partly done, ready to test out some pose....

This is a pose...... imagine the background is a big explosion, and it's jumping of some roof with the "Tom Cruise" style.

OK, this is the actual thing with wings and 95% of the armour on. Hopefully can get it done soon.

Don't really have a main topic so anything could be here.

If you are reading this, thanks for visiting an almost empty blog. Do come back and visit my blog again. And hopefully i can see more thing on my own blog soon.
